Myo-inositol is a molecule that is naturally created by our bodies and found in some foods. Its physiological role is to modulate the body’s reaction to hormone stimuli such as insulin and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone). How To Use
It is recommended to take one sachet twice a day away from meals. To ensure a constant supply of inositol, it is necessary to take the two sachets 12 hours apart from each other. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water (100 mL).
