How dose it work?
1- in the nephron :
-filtration of minerals an the glumeruli
-reabsorption of minerals by peritubular capillaries
– excertion of minerals through the excretory tube

2- in kidney stone:
the magnesium and silicon dioxide contained in renalof react with the calcium oxalate of kidney stones (which are not soluble) forming the compound that gradually degrades them until they are eleminated.

– anti oxidant effect:
reduces lipid peroxidation.
restores glutathione level.
prevents the deposition of calcium oxalate crystals by protecting the membrane fom damage mediated by free radicals.

-antibiotic and anti inflammatory effect:
inhibit the growth of germs and limits urinary tract infection.
reduces irritation and inflammatory of urinary tract ( cystitis, urethritis, prostatis and irritable bladder).
softens and soothes damaged or inflamed surfaces.

-Diuretics effect:
increases urine volume.
decreases supersaturation of oxalate , calcium and phosphate salts.
regulates urine ph.
